When the pandemic hit our area last spring, we decided we were going to start getting ourselves ready for distance learning just in case we would have to continue to stay in.

If you've been around a while you know we have been readying the space with the goal to have a place suitable for both work and school. We live in small apartment so obviously making our bedroom into an office and classroom wasn't ideal, but it was the best way for us to maximize the space we have.

Since I've received questions about our workspace, I decided to link up everything you have been asking for plus added the printable freebie of inspirational quotes I created. Everything was from Amazon, Target, or Costco.

This is the double desk purchased. The design is very simple, but perfect for our work/school needs. This would be a great if you plan to use it the same as us or if you have more than one kiddo at home doing distance learning as well.

These stackable, plastic desk trays come in a 2 pack and fit snugly in the top compartment of the desk.

We bought 2 of these 36x20 desk pads to add a little padding to help with typing and writing fatigue. They are reversible, waterproof, plus they are available in 2 other sizes and 4 colors.

I had an unused TV on-hand that was the perfect fit to convert into an extra monitor for my workstation.  I used a HDMI cable, but this pic is for an HDMI to DVI Cable in case you need that connection type.

This battery operated pencil sharpener is another Target find. We picked this one since it was available for curbside.

This little 9 compartment desk organizer also has a drawer. I linked to this one because it is available in 7 other fun colors including rose gold!

My son's LED desk lamp was a Costco find! It has a fully stretchable neck that has a build-in fan. It also has deferrent light levels and colors too! Available in black and white.

This the felt corkboard we have. I love U-Brands from Target they have a bunch of different designs and are super affordable. Best part is you can mix them up with other styles in the line to fit your needs.

This is the pack of 52 push pins we got for our board that are all emojis! Super cute and again U-Brands from Target. They have a bunch of other cute designs from natural wood ends to succulents to name a few!

And finally the free printables!

These were intentionally left black and white since we took this as an opportunity to color the designs ourselves. Also, I covered them with Avery Self Adhesive Laminating Sheets so they would last.
