Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stew

The rain has started in Northern California!☔ That being said this weather makes me want to curl up under a blanket and become part of my couch!

All the more reason to make an easy "set it and forget it" type of meal! This isn't just a great recipe for days like this, but also one of those easy recipes you can throw in your cockpot and go about your day without having to worry about dinner!  Perfect for mommies and daddies on the go!

Ingredients:
Beef stew meat, in chunks
(I use over 1lb since I have big eaters)
1can Italian Style stewed tomatoes
1 yellow onion, cut into wedges
3-4 cups of Swansons beef both
Garlic Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Powder to taste

We like a lot of the veggies so we go ham! However, you can use whatever you prefer.
*Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
*Celery, sliced
*Baby Carrots, whole

Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot, cover, and cook on high heat. I usually let my stew cook for 4hours befor everything has cooked thoroughly, but it may vary. My family also likes the broth to be a little thicker so I stir in flour by the tablespoon to thicken the base up. That's it! Dinner is served!
