Thai Style Lettuce Wraps

If you have gone to P.F. Changs, you know first hand how amazing their lettuce wraps are! Here is my lettuce wrap inspired recipe! Super easy with few ingredients!

Pic of the sauce I use below. I usually find it at Safeway or Lucky's.

Ingredients

Instructions

General Preparation
  1. Dice onions and garlic
  2. Slice celery
  3. Remove whole romaine leaves from bunch, wash, and dry
Preparing the Filling
  1. In a pan, add onions, garlic, and oil. Stir frequently until the ingredients caramelize.
  2. Stir in chicken breast to combine. Cook thoroughly.
  3. Add celery, green onion, and half the bag of slivered onions. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour in Bangkok Peanut Sauce (as desired) and mix together. Continue adding sauce until the ingredients are coated evenly.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Stir until the celery is cooked.
  7. Let cool.
Filling the Wraps
  1. Depending on the size of your lettuce, add filling to center and serve
